A family history group was established within the Dülmen local history society in November 2023. We meet every two months in an informal setting.
The offer is aimed at people of all ages, with or without experience in genealogy.
Researching one's ancestors is an important part of local history research and preservation.
Experienced genealogists are available as consultants if needed.
We welcome many interested individuals who have already taken the first steps in exploring their roots and look forward to an insightful exchange of experiences, regardless of whether they are native Dülmen residents or newcomers. After all, even centuries ago, people traveled far and wide in search of work, business, or shelter.
